Digital Account Manager

A Digital Account Manager is required to take full responsibility for the smooth running of one of the Agency's most high-profile and key accounts.

You'll be responsible for managing two existing digital properties - a customer facing eCommerce website and a marketing portal for stores across the UK.

Reporting to the Account Director, and working with Digital planners and technical teams, your role will be to help define and manage the delivery of seasonal campaigns.

You'll be highly personable, attentive and able to form great working relationships with clients.

You'll have a real passion for digital and be just as comfortable briefing developers as you are analysing data to improve future performance. A good understanding of analytics packages, SEO techniques and online campaign management is a must.

You'll have a real passion for Advertising / Marketing, with aspirations to become a Senior Account Manager at McCann. You'll have an Account Executive who reports to you, and you'll take responsibility for their development within the agency.

As a pure Digital account handler within an integrated agency, you'll have the opportunity to get involved with McCann digital seminars and share your digital knowledge with your peers.

Account Executive

To assist the Account Manager/Director to ensure that each account is running efficiently and profitably, and that the highest level of creative work /service levels are achieved by the Agency.

As an experienced Account Executive (ideally 2 years within an Agency environment), you will have direct client contact, and responsibility for a number of client projects at one time.

You'll have a real passion for Advertising / Marketing, with aspirations to become an Account Manger.

You can expect to work on a broad range of Accounts, and have the opportunity to grow your skills through-the-line, being involved right from the planning process through to project delivery across a range of marketing channels.

Digital should be second nature to you, and you'll be an avid follower of the latest digital developments. You'll have the opportunity to learn how to brief and manage digital projects working with an experienced technical team.
