1. Employees of Reed Personnel Services PLC ("Reed") or associated companies may not enter the competition.

2. Reed will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Reed takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

3. Each entry must in less than 250 words tell us what experience he/she would like to do before he or she qualifies as an accountant. Entries may be rejected in the sole discretion of the judges, including for reasons of obscenity and defamation.

4. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.

5. Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom & Ireland and must be studying to become qualified accountants.

6. The judges will select in their sole discretion the 4 winners, 1 overall winner and 3 runners-up.

7. The winners will be the entrants whose experiences, in the opinion of the judges, demonstrate the greatest originality. The most original experience will win a prize of up to £5,000 and the 3 runners-up will each win a prize of up to £500. The winners must personally make the necessary arrangements for the experience (Reed may be able to assist in doing this depending on the nature of the experience) and Reed will then pay the prize money directly to the experience provider. For the avoidance of doubt, if an experience exceeds the value of the prize, the prize-winner shall be liable for the difference in value. If the experience value is less than the prize, Reed shall not be obliged to pay the difference in value between the prize won and the experience value to the winner. All winners of the prizes must take up the experience within 30 days of a confirmation winners email, unless Reed in its sole discretion has agreed in writing to extend this period on basis of personal circumstances. Prize-winners are responsible for their own safety and security and must arrange for and have in place suitable insurance for the experience to be undertaken. Reed shall in no circumstances be liable for any losses, damages, costs and/or expenses arising from events outside Reed's reasonable control.

12. By claiming their prizes, all winners agree that they will participate in any publicity undertaken by Reed in relation to the competition.

13. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prizes.

14. Any breach of these competition rules by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.

15. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Reed reserves the right not to issue a prize in case of a dispute.

17. A list of the prize-winners can be obtained from Reed after the 31st of January 2009.

18. Reed reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
